NFPA 25 requires periodic testing of fire sprinkler systems. As the business or property owner, you are responsible.

Arrange a planned testing schedule and send you reminders
Perform any repairs or maintenance that is required
Install new systems and/or alter existing systems
Remember, in the tragic event of a fire, your insurance
company WILL ask for current test results.
