Job Type: Full-Time

Jim Dorsey & Son is looking for a seasoned and motivated HVAC Installer or a wicked good apprentice.

Are you an HVAC professional looking to join a reputable and growing company?

We are actively seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with experience in:

  • Ductless Mini Splits
  • Heat Pumps
  • Furnaces
  • Air Handlers
  • Boilers (Steam & Forced Hot Water)
  • Sheet Metal Fabrication & Installation

What We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Valid Sheet Metal License (Oil Burner, Gas, and/or Plumbing license is a plus)
  • 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and safety protocols
  • Professional attitude, commitment to quality work, and ability to run a job preplanned with you

Journeyman Plumber (Residential / Commercial Service)

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $35–$48+/hr. plus Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Valid Journeyman Plumber License in the state of MA
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience (including apprenticeship)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and an excellent customer-service attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
